Marla is more than a Broker — she is a Wife, Mother, Advocate, and Leader. Alongside Mike, her husband of over 30 years, Marla is the proud parent of two — Michael, Team Lead for Moulder & Associates Real Estate Team, and Malerie, a 27-year brain tumor survivor whose journey became the heartbeat of Malerie’s Hope, a non-profit that was founded in 2018.
Marla has dedicated her life to turning challenges into purpose by supporting families facing childhood cancer and uplifting the special needs community, all while running her real estate team at a high level for the past 18 years.
With that same heart of compassion and resilience, she now leads Georgia Dreams Realty, a brokerage where agents find not just a trusted guide and leader in real estate but a partner who understands the true meaning of home, family, and hope.
